It seems like the one thing on everyone’s mind lately is what to wear to spring and summer weddings! When I’d asked last week what you guys wanted to see on Instagram, I got this request more than any others! So, I’m rounding up my favorite ones in today’s spring wedding guest dress guide!
I think we’re the age now that most of us find our calendars filled with more than one wedding related event once the months start warming up. Whether it’s a bridal shower, a rehearsal dinner, or the main event (the wedding), we are bound to find ourselves going to more than one of them every year! I honestly don’t think it ends either. From the time you’re in your mid twenties until… who knows when, you’ll always know someone getting married! So what do you wear? Keep scrolling for some of my favorite spring wedding guest dress ideas!
Before I get to dresses, I wanted to share some of my favorite accessories. This white back and these beige heels are some of my most worn items. They both go so well with the beautiful colors and pastels of spring and summer. I get so much wear out of them, it’s insane. Since I can’t find this bag online, I’ve linked to a few really cute white crossbody bags. The best part is that you can wear all of these with other outfits too (not just dresses).
WEDDING GUEST DRESS UNDER $50
If you’ve got a calendar full of events, I feel your pain. It is such a challenge to figure out what to wear to every event. How many times is too many times to re-wear something? Luckily, I’ve found some really amazing wedding guest dresses under $50 that won’t have you feeling too guilty when you splurge a little on yourself. You can also check out more dresses under $50 if you’re looking for bridal shower dress ideas!
SHORT WEDDING GUEST DRESS UNDER $100
Hello lace! If you missed this lace midi dress (comes in 7 colors), do yourself a favor and pick it up. It’s one of the best fitting pieces for under $100 that I’ve found. I’ve worn it multiple times for you here on Visions of Vogue! There’s also an off the shoulder version in a beautiful pale yellow. If you want a classic fit and flare, this blue mini is another perfect option. Definitely can wear it again on date night!
FLOOR LENGTH WEDDING GUEST DRESS UNDER $100
It seems to be the year of bold prints and I’m not complaining. One of my favorite maxi dresses is this bold print with dainty spaghetti straps. How gorgeous are the colors? If you also find yourself swooning over everything with a cold shoulder or an intricate strap pattern, this pink floral dress is for you. If you find yourself invited to a black tie wedding, I found 3 formal dress options under $100 too, including this black plunging neckline gown!
WEDDING GUEST DRESS UNDER $200
I’m not going to lie, here is where some of my favorite dresses from the entire roundup fall. These prints and cuts are some of the most flattering I’ve seen yet this year. This navy polka dot maxi is one that stands out above the rest and can definitely be re-worn. If you love everything floral and feminine, this blush pink high-low hem is for you. Of course, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention this handkerchief dress that is back (again) because it was so darn popular last year!
WEDDING GUEST DRESS YOU CAN WEAR AGAIN AND AGAIN
This is at the top of every girl’s mind, right? You want a new dress but how are you going to make it work for the office, for the weekend, and for date night? Here are a few options that check all those boxes! Just make sure you swap out your accessories to match the occasion. Put on some classic pumps for work. Try some studded heels for date night. And grab a jean jacket if you want to dress them down for a casual weekend.
