The Sephora sale opens to all Sephora members today (membership is free)! If you missed last week’s Top 10 Must Haves from the sale, give it a read too! The sale ends on May 6th so make sure to pick up the items you’ve been eyeing sooner than later. Last fall, a bunch of the items I had my eye on sold out on the first day. Here are the details:
Rouge Members: 20% off with code SUMMERSAVE
VIB Members: 15% off with code SUMMERSAVE
I broke up this post into categories by request! You can scroll through each of the categories below and read my comments on each product. I caveated safe products as well to help anyone who is on the hunt for safe or clean beauty! Not sure what that means? Read this post or watch the safe beauty highlights on my Instagram profile!
Some of my favorite hydrating products are in this category! This new recovery balm by REN is a must have for anyone with dry skin. Tip: it’s also awesome for reviving skin if you travel a lot in airplanes. If you’re looking for a lighter version for summer and live in a humid climate, the REN Day Cream is perfect. For those that have been following me awhile, you know the Fresh eye cream is at the top of my list when it comes to the 15+ that I’ve tried. You can read reviews of all eye creams here!
If you’re looking for budget friendly skincare with decent ingredients, I’d recommend trying anything by The Ordinary. I think it’s great for people in their early 20s or anyone on a budget looking to maintain. If used in conjunction with one or 2 other investment products (like the Beautycounter face oil and peel), it’s a good skincare plan!
I love all of these products so much! This double ended eyeliner is a must of you’re looking for precision or to do a winged look. I also love this Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Glow – it gives your face an instant tan without risking sun damage and it’s so good. It matches your skin tone with some kind of makeup magic! The Hourglass Cosmetics Ambient Lighting Powders are also at the top of my list. I just got this palette and am obsessed with the glow it gives your skin. They’re so easy to use and you can’t go wrong! Their blushes are also amazing.
I love Briogeo. Period. I’m stocking up on so many of their products this sale because I’ve consistently been impressed and they’re a safe beauty brand! Their scalp repair products are also apparently amazing (so many of you have confirmed that) in case you struggle with scalp issues! I’m thinking I might do this hair repair kit! I also love the Living Proof products – especialy the Dry Shampoo and volumizing products.
The Hourglass brushes are stand out products for me! If you need to refresh your brush set, I’d recommend all of them! My most used are the foundation brush and this double ended powder/highlighter brush.
SUNSCREEN / TANNING
I haven’t tried the after sun or the sunscreen by COOLA but have been really impressed by their BB Cream so I’m buying them in the sale! The tanner for body and face is also pretty good and relatively clean! Make sure to pick up a mitt if you’re applying at home especially with a mousse!
I haven’t found a TON of products that are worth the splurge at Sephora when it comes to body. I’d say this Kopari Coconut Melt is the only one. Otherwise, check this post for more budget friendly body options and better ways to take care of your body skin!
This is my favorite savings tip for the sale! I always stock up on travel sized products to either use as travel sizes or as a way to sample new products without having to buy a full sized product. Here are some of my favorite minis that I am getting from the sale or have tried before. This is the best way to try before you buy!!
