If I had to wear one brand for the rest of my life, it would be Free People. And I’d be happy to do it. Don’t get me wrong, I love variety and quite frankly need it in life but Free People captures my inner bohemian so effortlessly. Each piece is beautifully free and I’m obsessed. It’s the first website I visit every season (as if I haven’t flipped through the catalogue already) and the last. I’m truly a Free People girl!
As you can imagine, when Free People sent me this Like a Flirt Dress, it was no exception to the rule. Wonderfully playful, it falls perfectly on a girl. I had so much fun twirling through the mountains of Malibu in it! I paired it with boots for a more fall-ish look but I’ve also worn it with these Dolce Vita mules for a night out. It also comes in red and black if blue isn’t your color AND it’s on sale (raise your hands emoji)!
I’ve also been getting quite a few questions on my hair lately. First, yes, it’s real. 100% mine and I’m proud of that! Second, I’ve started using Nexxus’ Therappe products to nourish my long locks. I’ve tried an endless amount of shampoo and conditioner in my lifetime and it’s been a struggle to find that perfect balance of effectiveness and price. Not only that but SO many products leave my hair heavy making it impossible to style. Since I have fine hair, this usually ends up looking greasy after about 18 hours too but I haven’t had this happen with Nexxus.
After a summer full of salty hair and lots of curling, Nexxus has infused my hair with life again!
The Humectress Moisturizing Leave-In Spray is AH-MAZING to lock in that moisture all day. I use it on days when I’m giving my hair a rest from heating tools to revive it super quick. It’s a misty texture too so it doesn’t leave it feeling weighed down so if you had a last minute event, you could totally style your hair with it in! I usually spray it in my hair when wet and let it air dry, using a curling wand to style it later that night or the next day. It smells amazing too which is always a bonus. Here’s what it looks like below:
