This is another one of those really comfortable outfits that is slightly dressed up with a beige cardigan. That cardigan I linked to is 33% off right now and it’s still fully stocked in all sizes. It would be a great layering piece for spring. Definitely something you could grab on your way out the door. Plus, I love the draping on this similar one!
I shared this white blouse top over the weekend because I realized it is 50% off making it only $27! It comes in 6 colors, here are the others:
I also own the ruffle version of this top because these tops are so great for work! You can easily layer them under a blazer for a more corporate office and even wear it on an interview under your suit.
If you haven’t snagged these boots yet, do yourself a favor and do it! Save them for fall if you’re in a warmer climate – they are so perfect for a variety of outfit combinations. I’ve worn them on repeat over the last 8 months!
I polled you guys on Instagram the other day about what items you were shopping for and was surprised by how many said spring items! Well, sweaters aren’t just for winter! I’m going to do my best to find the best transitional sweaters for you guys starting with this one. This lighter grey cardigan is only available in a few sizes but the darker grey is fully stocked. It’s also 40% off and under $50 which is a steal. If you’re not into the darker knit, here are a few more amazing options to layer over those dresses on cooler nights for spring! This Barefoot Dreams cardi is also 33% off in 3 colors and that never happens!!
And shhh, I’m wearing this tank top again from Monday. Do you think anyone will notice? I doubt it. I linked to a newer version of it with sleeves that I just bought last week. Tops like thisare just something you need to have handy at all times and at all points in your career. They are just so versatile and can be worn with everything. It’s a great piece to have around when you feel like you have nothing to wear!
And I finally found my grey shoes! These are the same ones I own in beige and I love them so much. They are a great height for the office and so comfortable for wearing all day long. Seriously, life savers. They’re also 40% off which is a steal for any essential work itemslike this! They also happen to compliment a grey cardigan really well (or any other cool-toned item).
This striped sweater is one of my FAVORITE ways to wear navy. Navy on navy! I have a few white and navy striped tops that I always wear with dark wash jeans. I think it’s more unpredictable than pairing with white jeans although I will say that is cute too. I will on occasion wear with olive pantstoo though for a little more color!
This striped sweater is so soft. I also really like the buttons down the side. A girl can never own too many stripes right? It’s just one of those classic prints you can wear whether you’re 5 or 105. You can also style it unbuttoned with a chambray underneath for a little more edge. I regret not doing that now that I saw the photo on the website styled like this! It’s so darn cute! Next time I wear this, I’ll have to style it layered for you guys! It also comes in a few other solid colors.
This pop of red with my flats is my favorite element of this look. I first tried to experiment with this when we were in Ireland a few years ago. Something about that trip just made this look extra special! And I’ve been wearing it ever since!! A few of you have asked about work flats and I really like these. They’re also on sale right now at Sam Edelman! They come in a bunch of colors here at Nordstrom.
I’m loving this Halogen sweater! The pleats at the sleeve and the bubble sleeves make this basic not so basic. I also styled this over a regular button down top here if you want to see another way to style it! It’s super soft as well and runs true to size. It can be worn tucked into your pants or alone and can be styled with any kind of bottom! The coral color is pretty subtle too so it can be worn with all your neutrals (beige, grey, black, white, blush, etc.). It’s just a really easy lightweight sweater to transition into spring with! I can just see this now with a white midi skirt!
When I asked for requests a few weeks ago, I got requests for more looks that had pants! This is one!! Remember that almost every single OOTD that I share on Instagram can be styled with business slacks or a pencil skirt. I’m all about versatility in my closet. I want to make sure I have pieces that can be worn with these bottoms should I ever go back into a corporate environment too! So even though I might not be required to dress as corporate for work, I try to make sure that the things I do wear can be worn in both (and usually on the weekend too)!
The color of this pink sweater gets me every time! I love the blush color! As I mentioned on Stories, I stock up on a bunch of different crewneck sweaters and button downs. That way, I can mix and match easily. This combination is definitely a little more relaxed fit. The button down I’m wearingis really slouchy – it’s a linen textured. However, you could bring back the structure with a crisper button down top really easily! I really love this one.
I love mixing up the sleeves on sweaters with button downs though. While I love the classic look, this keeps me entertained and actually gets me excited to go to work (if only to try a new outfit combination). I’m wearing my regular size in the sweater but I could have probably sized down. It’s a little more oversized but since I have a bunch of sweaters that are a slimmer fit, I wanted that. If you want it to hug your shape more, size down! You can also wear this pink sweater alone without the button down! This one also comes in 3 other colors if pink isn’t your thing!
These pumps are now on sale as part of Bruno Magli’s winter sale! They’re 30% off but available in limited sizes so grab them quick if you’re looking for a new pair of designer shoes! Otherwise, I love these classic pumps and of course, I wear these tan suede pumpsall the time and they’re 40% off!
