Cuba was a vacation unlike any other we’ve taken. It was a welcome difference from the trip to Mexico or 10-day European adventure. It was also extremely eye opening. If you’ve been wanting to go or are planning a trip, here’s what you need to know before you go.
So, I’m obsessed. With Mexico. After going twice in the last month (unplanned but happened to work out), I know why people make it their top choice for a vacation destination. Sun on your shoulders, margaritas, and some pretty amazing food are a few reasons, to start. My most recent visit was a little girls trip to Riviera Maya. We stayed at Grand Velas Riviera Maya Resort. If you missed our last one to Sea Island Georgia, you can find the full post here. Suffice it to say I was really happy with the decision.
How many of you regularly visit spas? I feel like you’re either a spa person or you’re not. Having only had a few spa experiences in my life, I’d probably fall into a category with the latter. Don’t get me wrong, I like them. The experience is totally luxurious and phenomenal. However, I don’t go out of my way to incorporate this into my life regularly. Except when I’m on vacation. If you’ve been following me on Insta, you might already know where this is headed. I just got back from a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico with 7 other blogger babes and (as you saw on IG Stories) we got to experience the spa at the resort!
Since we just got back from Tulum, I wanted to write this travel guide before I forgot everything! I’ve gotten so many requests for tips specifically for this destination so having it in one place will be helpful to you. I’ve included tons of photos, a few different hotel recs, what to see, and what to eat!
